Hello blog followers! No, I haven’t abandoned you. I’ve just had so much on my plate it’s simply been all too much. But I’m back, Stockholm is spring beautiful and I’ve got so many exciting things to share with you. Soon. Some wedding pics and film for starters. We're also busy planning my sister's baby shower. I just finished designing the invite and really enjoyed creating something sweet with a dash of adventure.

Have a fantastic weekend! Tomorrow is Andreas' birthday and I'm planning the best start to it with a great breakfast, then for some surprises and hopefully more of the lovely spring weather we've been enjoying lately.
Also, I got the BEST email from my extremely talented friend Andreas Palm who shot our wedding - he's got over 3700 pictures. I'll definitely share some with you!

Boo hoo, seriously! Our wedding was A COMPLETE DREAM and the best night of our lives (plus I now have the most amazing hubby!), our honeymoon just kept getting better (incredibly! since it started out pretty swell) and after 17 days we were far from ready to leave our fairytale come true. But, alas, I'm home flipping through the pictures and imagining us back at the start of our great adventure.
Well, my blog vacay is over, Stockholm is beautiful (there's snow, finally!) and it's always nice to sleep in your own bed. No, so true, those things do not in any way compare to wedding plus honeymoon bliss. Yeah, boo hoo.

I confess - I might have gone a little overboard making mood boards for our wedding. I think I've assembled around 20 in total, way too many. I'd say you need one or possibly two. Anyhow, this is my favorite. We planned our wedding to be an elegant yet fun and not too serious black tie affair and I think this board shows exactly that. In one short week we'll be married and hopefully it will be one of the best days of our lives followed by a party we'll remember forever. It's just crazy and very exciting at the same time. I can't believe how fast these last couple of weeks have gone by. I've truly enjoyed the planning and am so looking forward to seeing it all come together.

Happy Weekend! In Sweden this is a long weekend and I plan to enjoy it fully with long walks, baking, dinner and drinks with friends and some wedding planning. Our wedding is really coming together and I'm getting butterflies from just thinking about it.

What an amazing year 2011 has been! Sure there have been a few bumps in the road, but when I look back all I can say is that I feel I am truly blessed. I have a hubby-to-be whom I adore, a sure-hit wedding bonanza in just three weeks and amazing friends and family to celebrate this fantastic beginning to 2012 with.
Also, Truly Felicia is an endeavor I've thought about and planned for at least a year before finally realizing it and I must say thank you all who read this blog and follow my tumblr. I am so grateful to all of you, your comments, emails and blog love! I hope to give you more interesting posts in 2012 and develop Truly Felicia into something even better.

No, I'm not doing my own make-up for our wedding, my lovely friend Filippa Smedhagen-Sund is and she will no doubt do a fantastic job. I am infinitely grateful that she takes time out of her busy schedule to help me, I would definitely mess up. Filippa, thank you.
But, if I was doing my own make-up, these are the products I would use. My father gave me Serge Luterns Sarrasins and it is a perfect wedding day perfume, not too heavy and quite romantic but still mysterious and rich. And of course, it is the purplest perfume I have ever seen and I love purple. The color seriously does not justify wearing a certain perfume but still. If you like jasmine you should try Sarrasins.

I just love, love, love the back of this Marchesa dress. The intricate embroidery together with the buttons are simply stunning. It feels new but with all the romance of a classic gown.
